Q The e-Parcel has run two servers for secure data delivery service. Is it possible to communicate between products supported by the new e-Parcel server and products supported by the existing e-Parcel server?
A No, it is not possible to communicate between e-parcel products supported by the different e-Parcel servers. To deliver data by using e-parcel service, please note that sender and recipient should install either software which is supported by the same e-Parcel server.

    VCN-CommCenter 6.0
·Products supported by the new e-Parcel server:
    VCN-CommCenter 7.0 or later · VCN-AX 4.0 or later · VCN-Web

Q How do I download the e-Parcel client software and client digital certificate?
A You can obtain both from our Web site for the each product. To download, your User ID (e-Parcel ID) and password are required to login to the Web site.

Q How do I change User ID (e-Parcel ID)?
A Please contact the following e-Parcel Customer Support by e-mail.
Q Is it possible to use one e-Parcel ID (User ID) in two or more computers?
A No. The e-Parcel client software in which the same e-Parcel client certificate (same e-Parcel ID) is imported must be installed in one computer.
Therefore it will be not only license agreement issue but also the cause of any transmission problem.
The e-Parcel server usually authenticates the validity of user when the e-Parcel client software is polling automatically. If you have installed the e-Parcel client software which the same e-Parcel client certificate (same e-Parcel ID) is imported in multiple computers, it may cause some problems such as delivery failure from user authentication failed.
We are afraid that any problem caused by this situation being duplicate installation is not included in our customer support. Therefore you must clearly understand your installation of e-Parcel for appropriate use.
