| A | Visit "User Login- My VCN" of VCN Login page on our Web site. Enter your User ID and Password to login, and then click the menu "Software" to download VCN-CommCenter 6.0 (client software) and client digital certificate. |
| Q | How can I understand the details about operation of e-Parcel products? |

| Q | How do I edit my profile registered? |
| A | Visit "User Login- My VCN" of VCN Login page on our Web site. Enter your User ID and Password to login, and then click the menu "Edit My Profile" to edit First name, Last name, Company name, Work number, E-mail and Password. |
| Q | When I change a computer for using the e-Parcel service, how can I do? |
| A | When you wish to change to a different new computer in which the e-Parcel service runs, please refer to this page. |
| Q | I forget my own password to login to e-Parcel. How can I get it? |
| A | Visit VCN Login page on our Web site. Click the "Password Request" button to open the application form. |
| Q | How do I change e-Parcel password? |
| A | Visit "User Login- My VCN" of VCN Login page on our Web site. Enter your User ID and Password to login, and then click the menu "Edit My Profile". To change your own password, enter a password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, and then click the "Submit" button.
* Attention: When e-Parcel password has been changed, you must re-authenticate new password on your e-Parcel client software as follows. |
| Q | After e-Parcel password has been changed, I can't send data using the e-Parcel software. How can I solve this problem? |
| A | Once e-Parcel password has been changed on the VCN Login page, you are required to authenticate new password on your e-Parcel client software.
To start the VCN-CommCenter6.0, double-click the "e-Parcel" shortcut icon on your desktop. Then access the menu bar Tools > Setup > User Information tab. Click the "Change Logon Password" button, type your new password in the Password field, and then click the "OK" button to authenticate. * For more details, refer to the products manuals. |
| Q | Is it possible to use one User ID in two or more computers? |
| A | No. The e-Parcel client software in which the same e-Parcel client certificate (same User ID) is imported must be installed in one computer.
Therefore it will be not only license agreement issue but also the cause of any transmission problem. The e-Parcel server usually authenticates the validity of user when the e-Parcel client software is polling automatically. If you have installed the e-Parcel client software which the same e-Parcel client certificate (same User ID) is imported in multiple computers and then start at the same time, it may cause some problems such as delivery failure from user authentication failed. We are afraid that any problem caused by this situation being duplicate installation is not included in our customer support. Therefore you must clearly understand your installation of e-Parcel for appropriate use. |
