Q. When I change a computer for using the e-Parcel service, how can I do?

A. When you wish to change to a different new computer in which the e-Parcel service runs, please refer to the download sites for the each product or the manuals listed below for details.

e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Software

* Attention: Please be aware that you must uninstall the e-Parcel client software from an old PC when PC changes. One e-Parcel ID is NOT available to use in the multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be setup in only one computer.
(In Old PC, to uninstall the software, access the Windows Start menu  >  (All Programs)  >  e-Parcel  >  (your program name)  >  Uninstall....)

* When PC changes, to access the URL "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" on a new computer, you must be required to install the e-Parcel client digital certificate on OS or web browser application. On a new computer, Click the button below to download and install the e-Parcel client digital certificate.
