Q. When I change a computer for using the e-Parcel service, what should I do?

A. When you wish to change to another computer in which the e-Parcel service runs, please refer to the download sites for the each product or the manuals listed below for more details.

e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Software

* Attention: Please be aware that you must uninstall the existing e-Parcel client software from a previous computer. One e-Parcel ID is NOT available to use in the multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be setup in only one computer.

For Windows 10 or later: Windows "Start" menu > e-Parcel > Uninstall VCN-xxxxx
For versions earlier than Windows 10: Windows "Start" menu > All Programs > e-Parcel >
[program name] > Uninstall VCN-xxxxx
