*Attention: We currently run two types of the e-Parcel servers for our services provided (the new e-Parcel server and the existing e-Parcel server). Therefore, note that the different site for downloading software is provided to users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0 supported by the new e-Parcel server. When users who their e-Parcel ID registrations migrated to the new e-Parcel server will install, it is recommended to download the latest version of VCN-CommCenter 8.0 above for better use. Users of the products supported by the existing e-Parcel server (*Refer to End-of-life products) are recommended that the ID registrations for both senders and recipients migrate from the existing e-Parcel server to the new e-Parcel server in advance. (Migration of ID registrations)
