April 2, 2018

We confirmed that we had some problems with the e-Parcel transmissions from around 01:00 UTC on April 1 to around 01:40 UTC on April 2, 2018. Under this situation, some inbox items might be delivery error in case that both sender and recipient use VCN-CommCenter7.0 or VCN-AX3.0/4.0/4.5 and sender sent an item to multiple recipients. The e-Parcel services are currently working to solve the problem on April 2, 2018.

 

January 28, 2018

We confirmed that we had some problems with the control unit of our shared storage device at around 10:47 UTC on January 28, 2018. Our e-Parcel services through the data transmission servers and Web server were temporarily suspended under this situation. The e-Parcel services are currently working to solve the problem at around 16:30 UTC on January 28, 2018.

The firmware that corrected the cause of this failure was applied to the shared storage device on February 11, 2018.

 

November 30, 2014

The trouble in our network device have temporarily occurred around from 08:00 to 11:00JST. The e-Parcel transmissions might have been delayed to deliver under this circumstance. However it was recovered immediately on November 30, 2014.

 

June 3, 2014

From May 30 to June 2, 2014, the e-Parcel transmissions trouble of VCN-AX 2.0 might have occurred with the inappropriate configuration of our e-Parcel server as a cause. However it was recovered on June 2nd, 2014.

August 22,2012

The hardware trouble on our database server have temporarily occurred at around 23:05UTC on August 21,2012.The e-Parcel transmissions have suspended to deliver under this circumstance. However it was recovered at 00:15UTC on August 22,2012.

 

April 13,2009

The hardware trouble have temporarily occurred in our shared storage device at about 21:24UTC on April 12,2009.The e-Parcel transmissions have gone down to deliver under this circumstance. But it was covered at 00:13UTC on April 13,2009.
