For a period of 6 months after June 2005, e-Parcel underwent in depth field tests (communication tests) in several network environments. As a result it was officially adopted in November of that year and after being installed in an overseas supplying company it gradually spread among several of these companies to facilitate communication between the overseas subsidiary companies. In May 2009, it was officially decided to use e-Parcel to send all engineering related data. Finally in January 2010, the shift from the current system to e-Parcel was made even more clear and at present it is actively used by European and North American overseas subsidiary companies and their suppliers, as well as overseas countries where internet communication environment is unstable.

We developed a "Post Box system" at our company to transmit large data volume, such as plans, component lists, revision plans etc. during the production phase which was formerly sent to hundreds of places using existing media. We have now successfully combined the "Post Box system" with e-Parcel's automatic functions: e-Parcel is used as the data delivery engine within the system. It has also become possible for the end user who uses the system to send large data volume very easily, without worrying about the receiver's environment.

A major IT vendor company

A major IT vendor named company "X" started SaaS business model service. We had a request from a company who was using company "X"'s service, to combine the backbone of our system with the accumulating purchasing record data. After installation, e-Parcel now functions as the "secure data delivery solution" linked to SaaS business model service and by simply installing e-Parcel client software at company "X" and the user, all data delivery is automatic.

A major financial association

A major association of financial institutions which is headquartered in Tokyo has sent highly confidential documents such as customer's personal information and financial information etc. to hundreds of headquarters of the members located in the whole of Japan by using postal mail everyday. They have now successfully combined the existing document management application with e-Parcel's automatic functions. It has developed the data distribution system including e-Parcel as the data delivery engine. As both headquarters of association and financial institutions as members embrace the e-Parcel via the Internet instead of postal mail, it has become effective to reduce costs without printing a large number of documents and mailing, improve business efficiency. It has also become possible for the all members who located anywhere to send highly confidential data very easily at high security level.
